President Bola Tinubu has expressed excitement over the third quarter (Q3) Gross Domestic Product (GDP) report released on Monday by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), assuring Nigerians of better economic output as the economy continues to expand. According to the NBS, Nigeria’s GDP grew by 3.46 percent, compared to the 3.19 percent growth recorded in the second quarter. The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, has said the probe instituted by the Federal Government to identify civil servants receiving salaries after relocating abroad is still ongoing.
