President Bola Tinubu has launched a new platform aimed at bridging the gap between government policies and the realities of doing business in Nigeria.

The initiative, known as the Renewed Hope Enterprise Bridge, is designed to create direct and continuous engagement between policymakers and entrepreneurs across the country.

Represented by his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, at the launch in Abuja, the President said the platform was created to ensure that government policies are shaped by the real-life experiences of business owners.

President Tinubu noted that for policies to be effective, they must reflect the day-to-day challenges faced by entrepreneurs. He stressed that government can no longer operate in isolation, but must listen, engage and respond deliberately to the needs of businesses.

The President commended Nigerian entrepreneurs for sustaining the economy despite harsh conditions, assuring them that his administration would continue to refine policies to support business growth, competitiveness and job creation.

Earlier, the Minister of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, highlighted the vast potential of the creative and digital sectors to attract investment and drive entrepreneurship.

Also speaking, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Entrepreneurship Development, Chalya Shagaya, said the initiative marks the beginning of a more inclusive and sustained dialogue, placing entrepreneurs at the centre of Nigeria’s ambition to build a trillion-dollar economy
