Any police officer who slaps or flogs you has committed an offence- Adejobi
The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has said that any officer who flogs or slaps a citizen has committed an offence of assault.
He stated this while replying a Twitter user mentioned to him that police officers slap Nigerians.
